Cristina Farinha
Policy expert and researcher
Cristina Farinha (Portugal) is an independent policy expert and researcher specialised in heritage, culture and creative industries. Through her work, she is interested in contributing to the strengthening of the role of culture and creativity in governance and development and the building of capacity, networking and advocacy within the sector. She studied labour law, social and working conditions of performing artists and the conditions for mobility in the arts and culture in Europe back in early 2000s; and since then has been collaborating with diverse European cultural networks, like On The Move, Roberto Cimetta Fund and EFA, to support artists and cultural operators international cooperation and mobility.
